  • Local Deliveries (Within Nigeria): Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Diaspora / Export Deliveries: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only non-perishable or semi-perishable goods qualify for international returns.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

  • Produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
  • Wrong items were delivered.
  • Bulk or export goods are contaminated or below agreed quality.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

  • Produce has been consumed or stored improperly.
  • Return request is made outside the allowed time window.
  • Minor natural differences in size, shape, or color.

4. How to Return

International Sales (Diaspora Buyers)

  • Only dried or packaged goods can be returned.
  • Fresh items cannot be returned once shipped overseas.
